Small business website cost at a glance
| Option | Typical cost | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Do-it-yourself builder | Low monthly subscription, plus your time | Owners with time to build and update it themselves |
| Freelancer | Varies widely, often hundreds to a few thousand dollars | Simple sites, if you find the right person |
| Agency custom build | Often several thousand dollars or more | Large sites, custom features, full branding |
| T&J Marketing | $350, $750 or $1,300, one time | Small local businesses that want a clean, mobile site fast |
Market ranges are typical, not exact. Prices vary by project and provider.
What drives the price
A website's price mostly comes down to how many pages it has, how much custom work goes into it, and what help you want after launch. A one-page site that tells people who you are, what you do, and how to reach you costs much less than a multi-page site with forms, galleries and ongoing updates.
Our one-time plan prices
- Spark, $350. One page with your business name, what you sell, and your hours. Up to 4 photos, a click-to-text button, a mobile layout, and one edit round.
- Shop, $750. Three pages (home, services, contact), a quote form, a map link, and two edit rounds.
- Launch, $1,300. Everything in Shop plus Google listing cleanup, your site linked on the listing, and 30 days of text and photo edits after it goes live.
- Website redesign, $250. A visual refresh of an existing site or page. It is not a full new build.
Each plan is a one-time price. There is no required monthly fee.
Optional add-ons
- Extra page: $100 (menu, gallery, team, or the towns you serve)
- Logo: $50 (a simple name treatment you can reuse)
- Photo pass: $75 (we crop and place up to 8 photos you already have)
- Monthly care: $70 a month for hours, seasonal photos and small text changes. Optional. Cancel any month.
- Domain name: $25 a year, optional. It is registered only if you buy it, and only after payment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a small business website cost?
Typical small business websites range from a few hundred dollars for a simple one-page site to several thousand for a custom multi-page build from an agency. T&J Marketing's plans are $350 (one page), $750 (three pages) and $1,300 (three pages plus Google listing setup).
Is there one-time pricing for a small business website?
Yes. Every T&J Marketing plan is one set price, paid once, after you approve a working draft. There is no required monthly fee. Monthly care at $70 a month is optional and you can cancel any month.
Are there monthly fees after the website is built?
Only if you choose them. Optional costs are monthly care ($70 a month) and a domain name ($25 a year). Once paid, you get your site files or a transfer into your own hosting account, so you are not locked into paying us monthly.
Why do some agencies charge $5,000 or more?
Larger agency projects often include custom design, many pages, copywriting, branding and ongoing marketing. Many small businesses only need a clear site with their services, hours, photos and contact, which costs much less.
