Do I pay anything up front?

No. We prepare a draft first. You have no obligation until you approve it and complete payment.

When do I see the site?

A typical first draft is ready within 1 to 3 days. We provide a private, unlisted preview link for you to review on your phone.

What if I do not like the draft?

We remove the preview. There is no obligation.

How do I pay after I approve?

After you approve the draft, a Stripe payment page opens with your exact quote amount. You have 2 hours to complete payment.

What is the reference code?

When you send the start form with your quote, you get a private code like TJ-••••••••. Save it. Enter it on Site Preview or project status to open your quote anytime — no login.

Who owns the site?

Once paid in full, the content and design are yours.

Can you build a complex website?

Yes. We deliver complex projects including multi-page sites, custom functionality, user account systems, content management platforms, and builds that require more than a standard brochure page. Our team begins with a draft for your review on your phone before any payment is due. Contact us for a quote on larger engagements.
