What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us when you text, email, call, or use our contact form. That usually includes:
- Your name and your business name
- Your email address and/or phone number
- Details for your site: what you do, your hours, the phone number to show on the site, and any photos or text you send
- Any quote you send us from the quote builder
- What you type into our contact form or project details form: for example your name, email, business name, message, details about your business and the site you want, links you choose to share, and your phone number if you choose to add it
- What you type into the change request or handoff request forms on your private project page, if we send you one
- The random reference code our project details form creates for you. It lets you look up your project status on our project status page. The lookup runs in your browser: your code is not sent to us when you use it
Our forms
When you send our contact form, project details form, or a form on your private project page, the form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our website host, Netlify, which stores the submission and passes it to us so we can reply. We use it only to build your draft and reply to you.
Payments
If you approve your draft and pay online, you pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, not on our site. Stripe processes the payment and can email you a receipt. We never see your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to confirm the payment, such as your name, email, the amount, and the card brand and last four digits.
The quote builder
The quote builder on our homepage runs in your browser. Nothing you tap is sent to us until you fill in the project form and press "Send my details and quote". After that, we show optional Text and Email buttons that open your own messaging or email app with your quote and business details filled in. You choose whether to send them.

- To finish and hand off your site if you decide to keep it
We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to deliver what you asked for, for example to set up your domain name or publish your site, with our website host (Netlify) to receive contact form messages, with Stripe to process a payment you make, or when required by law.
This website
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not set its own cookies. Its fonts are stored on our own site, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.
Opting out
If you received an email from us and do not want more, reply “opt out” to sales@tjsbuilder.com and we will stop contacting you. If you texted us and do not want more texts, tell us by text or email.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@tjsbuilder.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
